DIY XMAS ORNAMENT FROM CLOTHESPIN

That time of the year again to bring out the fairy lights and all that glitters! I like glitters, but I am prudent to not exhaust my wallet<--- Cheapskate!. This DIY would definitely save you some moolahs. Plus its fun to do, my kids enjoyed messing up the glitters.

Things You Need

Glitter
White Glue
Brush
Glue Gun
8 Clothespin (makes 1 ornament)
8 cm string
Scissors (Optional)
Tape (Optional)

First, just pull a part the clothespin wooden pieces from the metal springs.

You will end up with pieces like so. You will only be using the wooden pieces. The metal springs, throw away. NO! Keep it, don't waste! Makchique prudent (budget) like that, all can use. You can use this to make Star Ornaments

Glue the flat side together for 7 pairs of the eight.

What happens to the 8th pair? You need to leave one to glue the string in between for hanging. You may cut the string shorter to your desired length. Makchique like long 😜, so I didn't cut.

Arrange them like so, and glue again. Let is set before the next step. You can choose to use the tape to cover the string part at this point to avoid staining it with more glue work later.

Brush a layer of white glue over.

Glitter!!!

Enjoyment. Handling messy stuffs is his specialty, so I let him finish this part.

Pretty dazzling eh?! Chique. That's why I am Makchique.. Gitew...
